Here’s another reason to give thanks that it’s Friday.

Our first brand we would like to tell you more about is Power of 3 Seed Blends.

The natural and raw product is a rich source of OMEGA-3 with its blend of organic hemp, pumpkin, chia, milled flax seeds and spice. There are 5 flavor varieties that include both savory and sweet flavors.
The seed blends are naturally gluten free and made in a gluten-free facility. The product has been tested for gluten and tested at zero on a less than 5 ppm scale through Warren Analytical Laboratory in Colorado.
Created in 2012, Anne-Elise Stern, president and owner was looking for raw, wholesome food without chemicals and created Power of 3, as a brand you can trust for true, healthy eating.
“When you combine really nutritious food in a synergistic way, you get powerful, energetic foods that don’t exist on their own. That creative fusion is the basis for PowerBlends,” she said.
The blend of seeds can be added in oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, hummus, soups, dipping oils, pasta, salads and smoothies.

With a dynamic and varied background, Anne-Elise is a professional pilot, created PowerBlends as an easy way to eat healthy and give her the energy she needed to keep up with the demanding schedule. She is also a health coach and yoga teacher.
“Teaching yoga helped me to see everything from a place of mindful awareness – what we put into our bodies closely relates to how we feel,” she said.
As for Anne-Elise herself, she choses to eat gluten free.
“Anything I eat that isn’t gluten free has to be non-GMO and organic, otherwise I don’t eat it. I just feel better when I eat this way,” she said.
Anne-Elise has had lots of positive feedback from the gluten free and celiac disease community.
“I have a lot of thankful fans touting the fact that PowerBlends are a naturally gluten-free product, made in a gluten-free facility and not filled with junk, like so many other gluten-free products out there,” she said.
